At The Kyiv Independent Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your fashion items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a pre-paid shipping label and return authorization.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including the packing slip, and affix the provided return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
